These are some photos of our amenities in their current state.

Hard to imagine that roughly $500,000 a year is collected from residents and owners of Sunrise Lake properties and that this is the condition of our neighborhood.

How is it possible that so many of the nearby lake communities charge about the same, give or take a few hundred dollars a year, and they have functioning amenities and security?
